Introducing a new touch to the visual identity
The strategy of the brand refreshment
About the project
In today’s world, environmental sustainability is a growing concern. Environmental associations must stand out to attract supporters and drive positive change. A modern and visually appealing design can play a crucial role in achieving these goals.
As a branding and marketing strategy, redesigning a brand’s visual identity can help it stay relevant and connect with its target audience. This project focused on revitalizing the Zero Environmental Association by redesigning its logo and key website pages.
As an environmental advocate, I was particularly passionate about this project. The opportunity to contribute to a cause I deeply believe in made it a rewarding experience.

The logo
When redesigning the Zero Environmental Association logo, I carefully considered the importance of maintaining brand recognition while introducing a fresh and modern aesthetic.
To reflect the association’s diverse environmental focus, I incorporated three representative colors symbolizing the sea, air, and land. Additionally, I preserved the iconic world element from the previous logo, creating a visual connection that would resonate with existing supporters.
The letter “ZERO” was redesigned with distinctive angled lines to convey a sense of action and dynamism. The new typeface was chosen for its clean and legible design, ensuring that the logo was easily recognizable and memorable.
The website
To create a website that aligned with the association’s environmental mission, I focused on incorporating visually impactful elements that evoke a sense of nature and sustainability.
By carefully selecting relevant images, using nature-inspired colors, and employing transparency effects, I aimed to create a visually engaging and informative website that effectively communicates the association’s message.
This design approach was intended to emotionally connect users with the environmental preservation cause and inspire them to take action.
